Eduardo is the COO and is responsible for matters relating to loan originations, operations, capital markets, investor relations and business development.

Eduardo was most recently the Co-Managing Director for CFG Partners L.P (CFG) which is a leading consumer finance lender throughout Central America and the Caribbean. While at CFG, Eduardo was part of the Executive Committee and led different aspects of the business that include capital markets, investor relations, loan originations and servicing.

Eduardo previously spent over 10 years executing direct private equity transactions at Amzak Capital Management, which is a large single-family office. Eduardo was responsible for sourcing, closing and exiting investments across the capital structure that included control buyouts, minority equity investments and credit investments. In this capacity Eduardo worked closely with senior management teams across various portfolio companies in creating an investment thesis, designing business plans, recruiting C-level positions and dealing with lenders. Eduardo began his career at JPMorgan as an investment banking analyst.

Eduardo holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania (cum laude) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
